mothers Helper

I help busy mothers with their young children, usually under the age of 6, to accomplish more around the house. I supervise the children while the mother completes tasks in or outisde the home. 

During my time with the children, I create plans for fun at home activities such as art, outdoor play, as well as organize snack time. On occasion, I accompany the family on fun outings as an extra set of hands and eyes on the children.

I am a fun, outgoing babysitter with a passion for working with children. I am patient, adaptable and comfortable supervising small groups of children. Since I have an active imagination, I love encouraging imaginary play, arts & crafts and being in the great outdoors with children. 

I am Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certified through the American Red Cross. 

Dogs are my favorite (I have two!), but I also have taken care of cats and the random guinea pig kids bring home from school. Sometimes this is for a quick potty break and walk, or others 2 weeks at a time when families go on vacation. This involves play time, feedings and frequent potty breaks.

For longer jobs, I also take care of small household tasks while the family is away to give them a nice home to walk into upon return.
